ENDURING POWER OF ATTORNEY
An enduring power of attorney allows you to appoint someone to make decisions on your behalf in a situation where you are unable to do so.
There are two types of power of attorney documents that can be executed.
- Personal or Health Decisions – this is to be used when you are unable to make
decisions for yourself. - Financial Decisions – this can be for a specific purpose and it can expire by a certain
date or on an event taking place.
